Chic Black Tie Wedding at the Black Point Inn | Prouts Neck, Maine

I want people to see the dress, but focus on the woman. // Vera Wang

Talk about major vogue vibes.

Piper and Michael threw one heck of a bash with their sophisticated black-tie affair at the Black Point Inn last autumn.

This stylish bride, a New York designer with roots in Maine, had a hand in many of the elegant details woven into the wedding — including custom slippers handed out to guests, a bespoke flag that hung outside the Black Point Inn, stationery details (which included personal hidden motifs throughout), an accompanying tablecloth design, and charming velvet pumpkins that adorned each place setting. All so thoughtfully created and artfully executed.

It was a stunning blend of elegance meets quintessential Maine coast. The autumn light, the guestlist dressed to impress, the loving connection, the energy (see: dance floor scenes!) — all so palpable and perfect.

Piper + Michael, you were a dream to create with! Loved being a small part of the love fest.
